Alpine Group was first established by Tony Zahra in 1967 starting from a car hire operator Alpine Rent-A-Car. Today, the group has broadened its portfolio within other sectors including financial services, investments and fund services, pensions, transportation, travel & tourism, gifting, property development, education and pest control. The organization employs over 250 employees.

As a young entrepreneur, Tony Zahra, founded the firm with a vision to perceive Malta’s future within the tourism sector. Mr. Zahra is today the President of both the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association (MHRA) and of the Mediterranean Tourism Foundation (MTF).

Our organization is based on a client orientated basis together with group synergies based on reputation, financial strength, sustainability, strong governance and employee culture.
